Vicki, Patient Coordinator

As our business assistant, Vicki completes a variety of tasks to ensure our office runs smoothly. On a day-to-day basis, Vicki schedules appointments, makes confirmation calls, fields patient questions and coordinates the financial needs for Children’s Dental Center.

Vicki is a Huntington, IN native, who graduated with a degree in marketing and distribution management from Indiana University. Vicki wanted to move into the dental field after her previous roles in sales and administration. She said, “As a child, I loved going to the dentist and the feeling of clean teeth.”

Vicki joined our practice in 2016. When it comes to working at Children’s Dental Center, Vicki said she really enjoys the fun atmosphere amongst co-workers and the wonderful, friendly families she sees each day. Residing in Fishers now, Vicki loves relaxing by the pool with a good book and spending time with her family. Vicki and her husband, Jon, are parents to Max (18) and Maddie (16), as well as their black lab, Bonnie (9). She considers her children her greatest achievement and her parents her greatest admiration. “They taught me to be a kind, loving and generous person, regardless of what you receive in return,” Vicki said. Vicki has been a member of the St. Louis de Montfort parish for 19 years.

Kris, Patient Coordinator

As our business assistant, Kris works to ensure our office runs smoothly every day. Kris greets patients with a friendly smile, schedules appointments, makes confirmation calls, fields patient questions and coordinates the financial needs for Children’s Dental Center. She loves interacting with our patients and their families each day.

Kris is a Carmel, IN native and has lived in Fishers for the past 25 years. She holds a marketing degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Kris is excited to begin a career in the dental industry because it’s a friendly and caring atmosphere, and she has great memories of taking her three children to visit the dentist when they were growing up.

Kris joined our practice in 2019. She enjoys learning new things about the dental industry each day, and that she gets to interact with so many patients and families, as well as her co-workers every day. When not working, Kris enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, traveling, walking her dog Champ, and spending time with her three children (with two daughters and one son, she has a house divided among Indiana and Purdue!). She considers her children her greatest achievement and her mother her greatest admiration.

Shelby, Hygienist

Shelby joined our team as a dental hygienists September 2021, with broad experience and a passion for quality care.

As a young child she was fascinated with going to the dentist, sparking her passion for the dental field early in life. While attending the University of Southern Indiana, Shelby entered the dental hygiene program and quickly fell in love with dentistry.

As a hygienist, she strides to build long lasting relationships with her patients, to provide them with knowledge for the best at-home-care, and to ensure they receive the best care during every visit.

Jewels, Patient Coordinator

As part of our administrative team, Jewels helps coordinate our O.R. cases, check insurance and help patients with their visits. Her interest in business and the dental field inspired her to seek a career in patient care.

Outside of work, Jewels loves to spend time with her friends, watching action movies, and listening to music.

Morgan, Pediatric Director of Operations

Morgan has a decade of experience in the dental field. She completed her dental assisting training from Kaplan College and Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD) with additional certifications in Expanded Functions, Coronal Polishing, and Nitrous Oxide Administration.

Joining Children's Dental Center as the Pediatric Director of Operations, Morgan plays a vital role in coaching, training, and developing team members, overseeing practice operations, and driving business development. Her passion for dentistry stems from her fascination with teeth and a desire to help others. She enjoys meeting patients, learning new techniques, and working alongside some of the best pediatric dentists and staff in the state of Indiana.

Outside of work, Morgan loves traveling, hosting dinner parties, cooking, baking, and spending time with her boyfriend Chris and her female pit bull, Severus (Sevi). She is known for her love of gift-giving, sour candy, Mexican food, and country music, particularly songs by Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs.

Her dedication, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for teaching and growing team members make her perfect for our team!

Llanin, Patient Care Coordinator

Llanin is one of our dedicated patient care coordinators with a background in both clinical and customer service, bringing a unique perspective to her role at Children's Dental Center.

With a strong educational foundation from Dental Assisting By Lynn and certifications in Coronal Polish and Radiology, she is well-equipped to navigate patient care questions parents have about upcoming appointments in addition to handling various administrative tasks such as answering phones, presenting treatment plans, and verifying insurances. Llanin's decision to pursue a career in dentistry was sparked by a genuine interest in the field, and she finds fulfillment in helping patients with their dental needs. What sets her apart is her commitment to continuous learning, always striving to expand her knowledge and skills.

Outside of work, Llanin enjoys dancing, spending time with her family and friends, and contributing to her community.

Her passion for dentistry shines through in her dedication to educating others about the importance of dental care, making her a valuable asset to the team at Children's Dental Center.

Danielle, Clinical Lead

Danielle brings 14 years of experience to her role as Clinical Lead at Children's Dental Center.

She graduated with her Associates of Applied Science in 2011 from Ivy Tech, she is also a certified Radiologic Technologist. As our clinical lead, her job involves navigating the needs of our doctors and assistants throughout the day, communicating with our patient care coordinators, and providing additional support to our hygienists and rest of the team.

Danielle's decision to enter dentistry was influenced by her positive experiences as a child, enjoying the fun and engaging atmosphere created by the dental staff. She loves the variety in her job, especially the surprises kids bring every day. Her approach to oral treatment care is grounded in patience, education, demonstration, and action. Danielle's unique traits include a dislike for candy (especially chocolate), a fear of the dark and spiders, and her role as a Radiologic Technologist on weekends, where she takes x-rays at a hospital. She values teamwork and appreciates the diverse personalities and cultures within her Children’s Dental Center team, as well as the caring nature of the doctors she works with.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her daughter, Gabriana.

Caitlin, Orthodontic Coordinator and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Caitlin brings 16 years of experience to her role as our Orthodontic Coordinator and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA).

Graduating from Ivy Tech in 2007 with an Associates of Applied Science, she also holds certifications in Nitrous, Coronal Polishing/Fluoride, CPR, and EFDA. Caitlin joined Children's Dental Center in mid-February 2024, where she is responsible for all things Orthodontics, including impressions, placing appliances, bonding brackets, placing wires, clear aligners, and more.

Her passion for dentistry stems from her love for meeting new people and helping them feel good about themselves. Caitlin is known for her ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease, ensuring they understand their treatment options. Caitlin's approach to oral treatment care is focused on meeting each patient where they are and delivering care efficiently and easily. She is passionate about planning and completing patient care as efficiently as possible, with a focus on implants. Caitlin's positive attitude and dedication to patient care make her a valuable member of the team at Children's Dental Center.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys houseplants, gardening, throwing pottery, and traveling. She is also an ordained minister and an illustrator with a chalk art side hustle, and she has an impressive knowledge of Disney movie songs.

Brooke, Front Desk

Brooke has been a valuable addition to Children's Dental Center since joining our front desk team in March 2024. With eight years of experience working with children in a preschool setting, Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge in interacting with kids and parents. Her responsibilities include checking patients in and out, collecting payments, and scheduling appointments. Brooke enjoys the daily interaction with patients and learning about the dental field. Her warm personality and experience with children make her a perfect fit for her role at the front desk.

Outside of work, she spends her time with her family, enjoying outdoor activities like going to the park and fishing, and pursuing her passion for photography.

Mya, Dental Assistant

Mya is one of our dedicated dental assistants, bringing enthusiasm and empathy to her role.

With a background in dental assisting from IvyTech Community College and various certifications, Mya is well-equipped to fulfill her responsibilities, which include taking x-rays, preparing patients, and assisting with treatments. She chose dentistry as a career path due to her enjoyment of dental visits and her desire to leave a positive impact on patients and their families. Mya's goofy and empathetic nature makes her a perfect fit for working with children, and she finds joy in the unpredictability and reward of connecting with young patients.

Outside of work, Mya enjoys reading, weightlifting, and spending time in nature.

Liv, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Liv is one of our expanded functions dental assistants (EFDA), bringing two years of experience to her role.

She graduated from Indianapolis Dental Assisting School in January 2022 and holds certifications in expanded functions, polishing, and nitrous. Liv's passion for dentistry stems from her love for working with kids and her enjoyment of artwork. She finds fulfillment in teaching patients about proper oral care and making them feel comfortable at the dentist. Liv's attention to detail and artistic skills make her a perfect fit for placing restorations and ensuring that teeth look natural.

Liv's approach to oral treatment care focuses on patient education, often using hand mirrors to demonstrate proper brushing and flossing techniques. She is most passionate about educating her patients and finds her job challenging and rewarding, as she learns new things every day.

Outside of work, Liv enjoys painting and riding her motorcycle. She is also an avid traveler, having been to the Caribbean Sea twice, and loves visiting aquariums.

Shelby, Dental Hygienist

Shelby is one of our Dental Hygienists, bringing nearly five years of experience to her role.

She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2019 and holds certifications in Local Anesthesia and CPR/BLS. She joined our team part-time in August/September of 2021 and became full-time in April 2023. Her passion for dentistry stems from her love for meeting new people and establishing relationships. Shelby's favorite part of her job is interacting with patients, especially in the pediatric setting, where she can constantly smile and laugh. She is known for her caring nature and strives to provide patients with a pleasant and even fun experience at the dental office.

Shelby's approach to oral treatment care is preventive, focusing on educating patients on proper hygiene habits to improve their overall health and prevent future dental problems. She is most passionate about helping patients overcome fears and anxieties at the dentist, especially in pediatrics, where she aims to make the dental experience fun and exciting for children.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her partner Zach and their three cats, Louie, Emilia (Millie), and Garbo (BoBo). She also loves being outside in the sunshine, watching movies, trying new foods, and being with family and friends.

Caleigh, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and Clinical OR Coordinator

Caleigh is one of our expanded functions dental assistant (EFDA) and Clinical OR Coordinator, since joining our team on August 1st, 2022, after externing with us for two months.

She graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in 2022 and has been in the dental profession for two years. Caleigh's responsibilities include working closely with patients before, during, and after procedures, providing chairside assistance, educating patients on oral hygiene, and maintaining patient charts and infection control protocols. She loves working with kids and finds joy in making appointments fun.

Caleigh's approach to oral treatment care is caring and she strives to make dental appointments a positive experience for her patients, especially kids. She believes in having a positive attitude and making work enjoyable while getting the job done well, setting her apart in the dental field.

Outside of work, Caleigh enjoys spending time with friends and family, volunteering at her church, and watching movies with her husband. She is a show choir alum, a huge dog lover, and her favorite color is yellow.

Kaci, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and OR Dental Assistant

Kaci is one of our Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and OR Dental Assistant. She joined our team on January 27, 2020 with 16 years of experience.

Kaci graduated from IUPUI/IvyTech in 2007. Her job responsibilities include helping kids overcome their fears of the dentist, providing cheerful and multi-tasking support, and relating well to patients and parents. Kaci has a cheery disposition and a passion for educating children about oral health, making her a valuable asset to the dental team.

Outside of work, Kaci enjoys camping, attending her kids' sporting events, and watching documentaries and murder mysteries. She has three teenage sons named Leevi, Jackson, and Cole, and two cats.

Shekoya, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Shekoya joined our team as one of our Expanded Functions Dental Assistants (EFDA) on September 26, 2022.

She has 6 years of experience in the dental profession, graduating from IUPUI and Indianapolis Dental Assisting School in 2018. She is certified in Coronal Polishing EFDA. Shekoya's job responsibilities include taking x-rays, assisting the dentist, taking impressions, performing fillings, and coronal polishing.

She decided to pursue dentistry because she loves helping people correct their smiles and enjoys working with children. She finds the best part of her job to be calming down fearful children and seeing them grow to love the dentist. She believes her strength lies in helping children work through their emotions and showing them that dental visits can be enjoyable. Her approach to oral treatment care involves educating parents and patients about the importance of dental care and making sure they feel comfortable and informed during their visits.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her daughter, Milani Rose.

Jen, Dental Hygienist

Jen is one of our dental hygienists with over 30 years of experience.

Graduating from Indiana University Dental School in 1994, with a BA degree from DePauw University, Jen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Her passion for helping people, instilled by her father who was a dentist, led her to pursue a career in the dental field. Jen's approach to oral treatment care is characterized by a laid-back demeanor, focusing on making each patient feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys staying active through walking, pilates, and gym sessions, as well as spending quality time with her adult daughters and her pet toy poodle, Sadie. She also loves dining out with friends and family.

Julihannah, Office-Team Lead and OR Coordinator

Julihannah joined the team on September 21, 2021 as part of our administrative front desk team and she’s our Office-Team Lead and OR Coordinator. She manages all team members, trains new hires, audits the schedule, coordinates with hospitals and IV sedation offices, and handles financial reviews. Her passion for dentistry stems from her love for the administrative side of the profession and her fond childhood memories of falling asleep during teeth cleanings with her uncle, who was her dentist. She prides herself on being friendly, caring, and providing informative information to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment recommendations.

Outside of work, Julihannah enjoys playing softball and flag football, photography, and spending time with her English Bulldog, Zeke.

Eluzay, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Eluzay has been a dedicated dental professional for over 20 years and currently serves as one of our EFDAs. She assists our doctors, takes notes, and performs various treatments like fillings, impressions, and sealants.

Eluzay's decision to enter dentistry was sparked by her positive experience with orthodontic treatment, instilling in her a passion for helping others with their oral health. Eluzay's dedication to her patients and her collaborative spirit make her a valuable member of the dental team.

Outside of work, Eluzay enjoys personal errands and cherishes time with her family, including her spouse, Juan, and her children, Valentina and Max. She also loves to sleep, dance, and is known for her sensitivity.

Aubrey, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Aubrey, an experienced EFDA, has been in the dental profession for 9 years, graduating from Gulf Coast State College in 2014. She joined Children's Dental Center in August 2023. Aubrey's role involves assisting our dentists and hygienists, and she excels in her job due to her patience and dedication. Despite her own challenging experiences at the dentist as a child, Aubrey loves watching her patients grow up and enjoys the camaraderie with her colleagues.

Outside of work, Aubrey is a devoted mother to her 6-year-old son, Easton, and loves spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and indulging in her favorite food, Hibachi.

Jessica, OR Coordinator and Business Assistant

Jessica joined the Children’s Dental Center family in May  2023, bringing with her seven years of professional experience since graduating from the Dental Careers Foundation of Connersville in May 2017. With certifications in coronal polishing, fluoride application, x-rays, and CPR, Jessica now serves as our OR (Operating Room) Coordinator and Business Assistant. Her responsibilities include managing patient check-ins and check-outs, coordinating the OR schedule, collecting payments, and scheduling appointments. Passionate about making people feel good about themselves, Jessica values building strong relationships with patients and their families. Known for her attention to detail, focus, and organization, she excels in her role.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband Brad, son Breeland, and their pets Louie and Knox. She loves walking their dog and ensuring her son experiences new adventures, such as trips to the zoo.
